  • Love the game except for….

    I love this game except for Real Time Arena. The pairing and balance are terrible. I’m consistently being placed up against teams that are either 100,000 power higher than me, or teams that never let me have a turn. My last match was my Defenders against X-Factor with Minerva. My team power was 282,432 to their 229,292. However they beat me senseless 1,361,167 damage to my 251,045. You seriously need to balance out some of these teams. Last series Kestrel wiped out my team first turn. Glad to see that she’s not available if this series. The fact that this game mode is required for daily rewards annoys the heck out of me. I’m sick of being wiped out before I can take a turn, or barely damaging my opponent while they can one shot my toughest champs. This game mode makes me want to delete your game whenever I have to play it.

    First I want to say this is one of the best games I’ve ever played. I got so addicted a few years ago, I had to stop. The game was taking over all of my free time. I decided to come back recently and my account was still in tact where I left off. I thought I had an issue in receiving daily login rewards. I reached out to support and they explained to me how I was wrong. I listened to their words, checked to see if they were correct and sure enough, I was just missing something on my end. Good job to support for explaining what I was doing wrong. About a week later, there was an event that peaked my interest as the rewards would allow me to promote one of the characters that I use frequently as long as I completed the entire event. At the same time, I noticed a Red Star promotion available to add to my character that would be gone before the event started. I verified that I would have enough shards to promote this character before purchasing the Red Star promotion because it would’ve been pointless to get it without being able to promote. So I purchased the Red Star. Then when the event started, I completed it in just a few minutes. Excited to promote this character, I was confused when the shards weren’t there. I attempt to go back into the event to make sure I didn’t miss something and the event was gone so now I couldn’t screenshot anything for proof. I reached out to support and for days they’ve been telling me I received the shards. Still to this day I know I haven’t received the shards because I would be promoting my character. Support says their system shows I received them and won’t listen to reason. This character was at its current star level when I stopped playing this game a couple years ago. How is it possible to still have the same amount of shards if I was supposed to receive 75 more o the event?

    This game has a serious trust issue. The devs constantly “change” and release things that aren’t close to what is promised. Stay away and spend your money on a company that respects its player base.

    The game is good but I do have a few problems when you reach later levels it’s takes months to level up and the rewards are not worth the grind. Also the in game purchases are really expensive if you want to get a good offer. Besides that the games pretty good.

    The game incredible yet still fun.There really are no bugs or anything but certain characters should be in the game,like the collector. Otherwise just keep the good work up MSF.
